No. Because we are the buyer — not a listing agent — only members of our team ever view your home. There are no open houses, no lockboxes, and no weekend showings with strangers walking through your property.
We buy homes in any condition — fire damage, foundation issues, major water damage, and everything in between. You do not need to fix, clean, or prepare anything before selling to us.
Not at all. Leave whatever you do not want to take — we handle the cleanout. Just take what matters to you and we will take care of the rest.
We buy properties with tenants in place. There is no need to wait for leases to end or coordinate a vacancy before selling to us.
Not a problem. Closings can be handled remotely — documents can be signed electronically or via mail. You do not need to be present at closing.
No. We are not real estate agents and we are not listing your home. There is no commission, no MLS listing, and no fees deducted from your offer. The number we agree on is what you receive.
